Default work hours in outlook calendar

Is there a way to set my work hours in outlook calendar. I work from 12:00 to
20:00 each day so I don't want people to try to schedule a meeting before
then. I do not want to jut put something between the hours of 08:00 and 12:00
because that will cause the calendar day to be bold when I realy do not have
anything scheduled.

Tools-Options-Calendar Options. Set your Work hours from there.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

I had already tried that and it does not work. It changes the color for those
hours when viewing your calendar, but it does not mark the other hours as
(Out of the office, Busy, etc) for everybody else. I am using Outlook 2002.

You would need to create a recurring appointment for that to happen as
Outlook will not block off non-business hours.

The recurring appointment will cause the day on the calendar to be bold. This
means every day, Monday - Friday will be bold. I don't have an appointmnet
every day and use the bolded day to indicate I have something the next day or
so. So adding a recurring appointment defeats another useful feature.
