shlwapi.dll error after upgrade
Running XP Pro, I just upgraded to the latest IE and
Outlook Express. Now when I start Outlook Express, after a minute or so I get an error in mod shlwapi.dll and OE shuts down. I searched the KnowledgeBase and found nothing. Any ideas? Exception Information: code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000 Record: 0x0000 etc. Address: 0x00000000070a96ca6

Go to: ToolsOptionsMaintenance Tab. Make sure everything is
