freezes when putting in phone numbers
I have a user whose outlook freezes when entering in a
phone number for a contact. I believe it may be something with her Microsoft Active Sync 3.7.1 and her HP iPAQ which i have seen posted in another forum before but did not say how to resolve it. Any suggestions? Everything is patched and up to date. Specs: Windows XP SP2 Outlook 2003 MS Active Sync 3.7.1
