Default How do I stop Delivery Status Notification for a particular email?

A particular email address is not accepting an email. The Mail Delivery
System continues to attempt delivery and automatically generates a Delivery
Status Notification each time when it fails. How can I stop the Mail
Delivery System from trying to deliver the email to that particular address?
It appears that the process will continue indefinitely.

The DSN is controlled by the settings on the mail servers and not your mail
client. The DSN will eventually stop once the message in question is
delivered or ages out based on how long the systems will continue to try
delivery. In my experience, most mail servers will try delivery up to 3
days before giving up.
