font and bold, underline and italics can''t be changed on documen.
Have run into a strange problem with Microsoft Word 2000 (a part of Microsoft
Suite). I can't change font size or use bold, italics or underline on the document page but when I go to Print Preview it shows the changes and it shows the changes when the page is printed. It seems as though something blocks the changes from showing on the document page as I type in info. Is there a block somewhere with a check mark that should or shouldn't be there? |

It sounds as if you're working in Normal view with "draft font" enabled.
Change this setting on the View tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
