Default Confirm CDO 1.2.1 install

I have run the CDO 1.2.1 installer from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945835/ but am receiving an error when the
Outlook Commence add-in attempts to use it.

How do I confirm that CDO is installed on a machine running Office 2007?

TIA
Donald

Yes, Exchange is running and I can run a CDO directly against it with no
problem. The issue is with a Commence add-in that uses CDO through Outlook.

After I run the CDO msi, and assuming it runs without error, how can I tell
if it is actually there?

You should find cdo.dll here;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\language ID

Note that for Office 2007, you'll need this download instead;
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...f-24f081725d36
