Pasting into word and losing text attributes
Hi Everyone,
I often have to paste text from other souces into word during the course of updating documents. Unfortunately, the newly-pasted text will always set the text attributes (i.e. font/size/boldness/color/underline) of my document to those of the text I have just pasted. Is there any way to stop that from happening? Its certainly a pain to stop everything and readjust my document to the correct attributes. TIA, -T |

You could try Edit|Paste Special. I don't know if that will work but it's
worth trying. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "gamename" wrote in message oups.com... Edit, Paste Special
You may want to use "keep source formatting" (if I understood you correctly and you want to keep the original formatting). "JoAnn Paules [MSFT MVP]" wrote in message .. .
