Merging Slides into one Presentation
How can I merge slides from different files with different slide masters into one presentation file? I have to put together a presentation which uses data slides from five different presenters. I have the cover slide and transition slides already created. I want to be able to just put their slides into place in one file without changing any of their formatting.

Before we get into the "how", what version of PowerPoint are you using?
Only PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 will do this. For PowerPoint 97 and 2000 we'll have to give you a work around. -- Sonia, MS PowerPoint MVP Team Autorun CD software, templates, and tutorials http://www.soniacoleman.com/ "MBC@TCS" wrote in message ... If you are using one of the earlier versions, this won't work because multiple masters are not supported. In that case, you will want to check out the information on this page of Echo's site: http://www.echosvoice.com/multipletemplates.htm You are specifically looking for the link called "Multiple Design Templates (PPT 2000 and 97)" -- Kathryn Jacobs, Microsoft MVP PowerPoint and OneNote Get PowerPoint answers at http://www.powerpointanswers.com Cook anything outdoors with http://www.outdoorcook.com Get OneNote answers at http://www.onenoteanswers.com If this helped you, please take the time to rate the value of this post: http://rate.affero.net/jacobskl/ I believe life is meant to be lived.
