Install Access on new PC that is replacing an old PC
I am currently doing a 60 day trial of Access 2007. I really like it.
I plan to buy it. In a few months, I plan to replace my older PC with a new one. Will I have to re-buy Access 2007? As I understand it, there is a registration process. Is there a way to "Un-register" the product on my old PC when I get the new one? I did some searching for this question on various Microsoft sites, but cannot find an answer. Does anyone know where to find this info? Thanks in advance for your help. |

You should be able to register by telephone.
Explain that you have changed your PC to the person on the other end and they should allow the registration. I did this for Access 2k3 when I changed PC and at that time, from PC to Laptop again later without any problems. I hope this helps but it wouldn't cost a fortune to check before you register.
