Default data labels of empty rows somwhere in the chart

hi,

i wanted to create a user-defined chart and when i did this using a
previously formatted chart and included the new source data afterwards there
were some data lables from empty rows floating somwhere in the chart. you
cannot remove them, because they are somehow related to other labels named
the same and in removing you remove also the ones i need and you cannot move
them or click at them, like it can be done with the other data labels.

Can somebody help me with this?
