Calendar - 1 Day View
I currently switched over to Outlook and am having difficulty formatting an
"easy to read" calendar. The 7 Day Week view is very nice and easy to the eye. Start and end times are uniform on the left with the description on the right. However, this view only holds about 10 line items. If there are more than 10 events listed for the day, you have to click on the down arrow. This takes you to the 1 Day View. Once in the 1 Day View it becomes a mess with "post-it" like boxes all over the screen without the times right next to them. Instead I have to figure out each one by double clicking on it...especially if there are multiple events happening in the company at the same time. Is there any way to get the 1 Day View to read like the 7 Day Week view? An alternative to the 7 Day Week view is the intranet Calendar view on our company website. This view is also easy on the eye with a full month calendar on the left with the "Appointment and Event Details" listing on the right. This can easily be scrolled through for all events and exact times/duration. Is it possible to get my normal Outlook calendar to look like this? |
