Is there an easy way to convert an Access 2000 report to VB Report?

That rather depends on what you mean by 'a VB report'. VB applications
mostly use third party tools for reporting. Some of those tools include a
feature to convert Access reports, others don't. If you're using one of
those tools, check with the vendor.

If you're using that intrinsic report designer that was introduced in VB6
(and promptly dropped again in VB.NET) I'm not aware of a way to convert an
Access report to that, but you could ask in
microsoft.public.vb.dataenvreport.
