Default moving and resizing flowchart shapes in Visio 2003

I have made several flowcharts in Visio 2003 and have been able to easily
reposition and resize my shapes. Today IS did some things to my computer,
and now I am unable to reposition or resize my flowchart shapes. Is there a
setting that I need to fix?

Difficult to even take a guess without seeing the file. Could you post your question and
the appropriate file on the forum at Visio Guy http://www.visguy.com/ ?

Or email the file to me at
