Default Default Pivot Table Setting

Just switched to Excel 2007 a week ago. I'm loving it. However, every time I
creat a pivot table, the table pops up in the "new" format. I like to drag
and drop so I have to right click in the pivot and choose Options, Display
and then click the box labeled "Classic Pivot Layout"

Can I not make this the default so I don't have to do this every time? I do
a lot of data mining and this is getting on my nerves!!!
