I loaded Office Std from disk--where did it go?

Default I loaded Office Std from disk--where did it go?

Office Standard seemed to load from the disk that came in the box, but when I
completed the process I went to my START menu and saw no indication that I
had any Office products available (except for the Teacher/Student 60-day free
trial). I have never used Vista before (Vista Home), but I would have
thought it would appear somewhere on the desktop or in the Start menu. When
I tried to load it again, all I could get was an option to customize the
various products. So, where the heck is the application? Thanks.

Default I loaded Office Std from disk--where did it go?

Uninstall the Trial and any Office product that you have on your system and then
install the purchased retail Office Standard. Use Add Remove . If that does not
remove it completely then see the following link below

Your install is together with the Trial and that is why you need to do the above
