Default "office application not instlled for current user" error when launching Office 2003 application

Hello,

I have a problem with one user: he cannot launch ANY office 2003
application at all from his profile.

Checklist:

- User is local administrator.
- Ran repair install.
- Uninstalled office, rebooted, cleaned HKCU of all office-related
keys, deleted "c:\program files\Microsoft office" folder, installed
office again.
- Other users on the same machine can run office just fine.
- I googled for similar problems only to find questions and no answer
beyond "trash the account and create a new on".

Any idea ?

Thanks,
Stephane
