How to concatanate two fields. Entered =concatanate(a2,b2). Getting #NAME?

=concatEnate()

or
=a2&b2

And avoid typos!

And if you're combining dollars/dates, you may want something like:
=text(a2,"mm/dd/yyyy") & " " & text(b2,"$#,##0.00")

with an 'e'

=A2&B2
