Default "*.dll is not a valid add-in"

After relocating settings to new computer, Outlook 03 startup presents the
message "sbcmsync.dll is not a valid add-in." Seems to be Symantec but I
have no idea how to delete the line or where to go to look for it. Any help?
Nothing but a pesty message; no interruption of Outlook.

Thanks.
