undelivered pictures

I am having problems recieving pictures to my hotmail account which i send
from my mobile phone
The phone has been checked and is ok. I have not had this problem
before,the pictures are sent,i am charged,but the do not reach my email.
Any ideas as to what the problem is?. I have been in touch with microsoft
and they have been looking into it for a week now with no results.

Is the e-mail message arriving but no picture is with it or do you not
get any e-mail message at all?

If you are not seeing the message at look, check the Hotmail Junk mail
folder.
