Inserting a Check Box Into a Document/Table
I'm creating a performance evaluation document/table (two
columns). The user will fill in one column with information, and then click the appropriate box to indicate the person's performance. (For instance, exceeds expectations or meets expectations.) I'm using xp, but I don't know if the user(s) have the same version. Can I create a box, perhaps using symbol, so that a user can type an 'x' inside the box, or do I use the Form Field Check Box for this? Also, how do I add hidden text for instructions on the document that won't print? Any help will be greatly appreciated! |
