Default Microsoft Publication doc to a PDF file

Does anyone know how I can convert a Microsoft Publication document to a PDF
file? Is this even possible?

Sure you can. If you have Publisher 2007 there is a free save as a PDF download
he
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...displaylang=en

There are free converters around, www.primopdf.com is one, there are many
others.

Depending on your version of Publisher you can Save As (Pub 2007 or later) a
PDF file or earlier versions download and install a PDF printer such as
PrimoPDF free version which is a popular PDF printer driver that I and many
others use (download from
http://download.cnet.com/PrimoPDF/30...=dl&tag=button )
( web site is http://www.primopdf.com/index.aspx ). Once installed print to
the PDF printer driver and tell the driver where and what name to save it
as, as well as the resolution of the final print job (set for printer,
screen, etc.)

Recent versions of Publisher have built-in utilities. If your version does
not, then look for one of the many freeware applications--I use pdf995, and I
have heard good things about CutePDF. They install as printer drivers and
show up in your dropdown list of printers, so they are very easy to use.
There is a dialogue box which allows you to choose where to save the PDF.
Thus, they can be used to create a PDF from any program which allows you to
print, not just Publisher.
