Default How do I stop tracked changes reappearing onscreen?

Every time that I save and close my document the reviewing changes reappear
after I have already removed them? What can I do to prevent this from
happening whenever I reopen the document?

*Hiding* track changes isn't the same as removing them (by default, hidden markup will resurface when you open a document that contains markup). To actually get rid of the changes, you will have to accept them (or reject them) and then turn off Track Changes.
