Installation Problems
I bought the Power Point software and can't get it
installed. After I enter my user name and product key number, I get an error message saying "failed to locate a valid qualifying product. Select a drive where a qualifying product can be found." I tried out various drives but nothing seems to work. I'd appreciate any help. |

Installation Problems
Sounds like you bought the "upgrade" version and Microsoft can't find a
qualifying product on your computer to upgrade from. You will need to take back the software and buy the "full" package. -- Bill Foley, Microsoft MVP (PowerPoint) www.pttinc.com Check out PPT FAQs at: http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/ Check out Word FAQs at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/index.htm "Melissa M" wrote in message ...
