Default Find Table in 4500+ page document

Yep. Gotta format them special. Is there any quick way to find a few
tables scattered in a long document?

Click the 'Select Browse Object' button (little circle at the base of the
vertical scroll bar, between the double up and down arrows), and select
'Browse by table'. Then use those double arrows to go to previous/next
table.
