Shared calendar not updating
We have a 2 users both running Win2000, Office 2000Pro on
Exchange 2000 server. One shares his calendar with a secretary. She enters his appointments - and it was working fine till now. Nothing has been installed or modified to my knowledge. However, she can enter appointments on her PC, but he cannot see them replicated when he opens the calendar on his PC. Vice versa, if he enters appointments, it is not shown on the calendar she is viewing. Have tried removing Exchange profile and re-adding, makes no difference. He does have an iPod, but this synchronises OK (ie in the right direction) and his appointments appear on the ipod OK - not hers. Any ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks, Mat. |

Shared calendar not updating
It's possible that when he is creating an appointment the
meeting is created in the OST file which is a copy of the exchange on the computer but there are no synchronization done between each other. What you can check is to work offline and check if the meeting is booked in the OST. then check on the exchange. -----Original Message----- We have a 2 users both running Win2000, Office 2000Pro on Exchange 2000 server.
