subreports
My subreport recognizes only the first record of it's datasource when
included in the main report. Both reports work ok separately. I placed the subreport in the report footer of the main report and the link masterfield and link childfield propeties are set. |

Double check the Link Master/Child properties to be sure they are not excluding some desired records. Also check the subreport control's size and CanGrow properties. It's possible that all the records are there but they can not be displayed in the space you provided. -- Marsh MVP [MS Access] |
