Default Can't find Qualifying Product

I am trying to upgrade from Works 8.0 to Office Pro 2003. My product is
listed as a qualifier, but when I run SETUP, the program can't find it and I
get an error code. Other than choosing the correct drive, is there anything
I can do to show the SETUP program where Works is installed?

You may want to insert the setup disk for Works (if you have) and direct
setup there to validate your product.

I'm having a similar problem, but Works was already installed on my laptop so
I don't have the disk. Any ideas?

Might depend on what upgrade version of Office, and what version of Works is
installed

PS Your Laptop supplier would usually have provided the Works disk, or other
means of recovering your sys, often by way of a hidden partion, from which
you are supposed to create the DVD's
