1st page graph disappears when printed to PDF file

Please help.

When I print a report containing charts to PDF file, the first chart which
is embedded in report header area only shows the boarder of the chart. The
chart itself won't show up.

Any idea what is causing this? I have tried to resize the boarder margins
and still won't work.
