added 3 fields to the contacts but don't appear why?

Default added 3 fields to the contacts but don't appear why?

I added Blackberry field to the contacts but it does appear when I click on
the arrow nor a new fields appears with the Blackberry label.

You created a custom form? Then post in the programming group. And post
detailed information when you do. Your post contains none.

No. I went into view --address cards -- customize view -- fields --
added new field "Blackberry" so that that field would appear on all my
contacts and so that it would also appear when I clicked on the down arrow
(Bus., Home, Bus Fax, mobile). I was hoping that it would add the
"blackberry" label to the address card.

It won't. You need to add the field to the form to use it on the address
card.

That won't do any such thing. You'd need to create a custom form to do what
you want, and even if you did, it wouldn't synch with your sync software.
