Form can't be displayed
New problem: On selecting a custom form that I've used successfully for a
year (basic email message with a .pdf attachment), I get the following message: The form you selected could not be displayed. There is not enough disk space to copy the form to your computer. Close some forms, or increase the max space for forms... Other forms in the same folder work fine, and I have plenty of disk space (already tried increasing the max space too). Tried publishing as a new form, got the same message. What should I try next? |

Form can't be displayed
How big is the PDF file? Is there a particular reason you're using a
published form and not a saved .oft file or a message stored in Drafts? FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...rogram_f orms -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook 2007 Programming: Jumpstart for Power Users and Administrators http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=54 "Frali" wrote: New problem: On selecting a custom form that I've used successfully for a year (basic email message with a .pdf attachment), I get the following message: The form you selected could not be displayed. Form can't be displayed
1) I didn't look at the size (had never been an issue before) of the .pdf,
but I should have, as it was unusually large. Redoing the image solved the problem! 2) I use a published form so it's accessible to all users across the network. 3) I saw the Forms forum but thought it was more geared to the actual "programming" of forms, rather than the simple ones I create. Thank you for your help!! "Sue Mosher [MVP]" wrote: How big is the PDF file? Is there a particular reason you're using a published form and not a saved .oft file or a message stored in Drafts?
