Publisher 2003 Mail Merge - merge to Word document

I remember in earlier versions of Publisher, you could finish a mail merge by
printing to a Word document.

I am trying to create name badges and need to change the font size for some
of the longer names. However, I don't want the font size small for all the
people. I expected to be able to do this once I created a new Word document
from the Publisher mail merge.

However, I only seem to have the option to make a new Publisher file. This
results in my name badges each being their own page. I don't want at 400 page
Publisher document. I want 6 badges per page like the Avery size I chose.

Please help!

You are mis-remembering about finishing a merge through Word. Have you tried the
merge through Word rather than Publisher? I believe Word has tools so you can
edit individual labels, there is a lot of help in Word's help menu.
