Default Outlook application error

In closing MS Outlook 2003, I get this error message:

Outlook.exe Application Error
The instruction at "ox7c910f29" referenced memory at "oxooooooo."
The memory couldn't be read.

Can you tell me what is wrong and how to correct it? Thank you.

How large is your PST file? How many messages are in your inbox? You
may need to compact your messages after emptying your deleted items
folder and all unnecessary messages in your sent and inbox folders.
Please let me know if this suggestion helps.
