MS Office 03 Update - wrong key error
Works 8 is installed now I want to install MS Office 2003 Pro Update disk, I
get an error message that says the product key I have entered requires existing Microsoft Office 97, 2000 or XP. This has worked previously on this PC, before the format reload. Any help? |

You are trying to install an Upgrade version of Microsoft Office but there
is no pre-existing version of Office on the computer. Daddy "Fieger" wrote in message ... Plain Works is not a qualifier but Works Suite with Word may be. |

MS Office 03 Update - wrong key error
With all due respect to LVTravel, I don't think that Word - or any single
component of Office - qualifies one to upgrade to an Office suite. That would be like buying a set of tires and using them to upgrade to a complete car. ;-) Daddy "LVTravel" wrote in message ... The reason I posted this is that in older versions of Office suites a single program did allow installation (in some circumstances) of the full suite. |
