Default office 2003 does not ask for CD key after slipstream

Sorry for the new thread . There is slight change in the original post.
We have site license for office 2003 standard edition. I am slipstreaming
office 2003 with sp1 . I want that user should be prompted to enter CD key
when installing office . After following instructions from
http://www.petri.co.il/office_system...pstreaming.htm when I run
setup.exe after slipstream it doesn't ask me for the CD key. I tried
putting PIDKEY prperty in setup.ini but no luck. Any ideas??? Is it
possible??
PN: We have site license for office 2003 standard edition.

Thanks for the help.
