automatic switch offline/online of Outlook
Hello
Is it possible to have an automatic switch online/offline of outlook when the computer is unlocked/locked ?? In fact, this feature is important because I am configuring my exchange e-mail account to download all mails locally (to avoid overloading the server) and so even when the PC is locked and outlook is opened the mail are getting moved from the server to the PC locally and thus I cannot have them on my BB. Don't abuse the suggestion feature. You did not make a suggestion, so don't post as a suggestion. You need to have your delivery location set to the Exchange mailbox and be using Cached Exchange mode. Outlook should work as you describe. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]. |
