It depends on your definition of 'support' for Speech Recognition tools. MS Windows Vista has its own Speech Tools that can work with Word, http://microsoft.com/speech and there are a number of 3rd party tools, such as those at http://nuance.com (and their capabilities in relation to Word would be up to those parties).
