Outlook Contacts Screen
The 1st page has an area for notes. I use this extensively as my PDA uses
this as well for note taking. I add the dates into the area andf then the note l wish to include eg '03/17/09 Company recently started business'. The next time l visit l add a new line of notes eg '03/18/09 Droped in new catalog. Can l sort this data in any way remembering my PDA has not other date/note abilities |

Outlook Contacts Screen
No, as it is just a text field it is treated as a whole and thus static.
You'd have to sort it when writing it. Another way to go would be to use Tasks if your mobile device supports it. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Brett" wrote in message ...
