Default Not Sending - Outlook 2003

I have 3 computers, 2 running Outlook 2003, 1 running Outlook 2002. I am now
having trouble with one of them running 2003... it won't send email. If I go
in to change accounts and send a test message, it will send and receive fine.
If I hit the Send/Receive button on the toolbar, nothing happens. If I go
into Tools Options tab Mail Setup and hit teh Send/Receive button there to
look at teh settings, nothing happens. I tried repairing Office, but it stll
doesn't work. All settings are teh same on this computer as on the other 2
(as far as ports and the SSL box not checked). Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

Please disregard. This looks more like a "General Questions" type question.
I've reposted it there.

What error does it report? See tools, Send/receive -browse to find the
option to show the send/receive dialog. you can select any error and hit
ctrl+c to copy - then paste back here.
