I am ending my contract with virgin NTL and moving onto bt.internet.co...How can I save my existing E mails???.....

You don't mention if you are working with a POP3 or IMAP account, but I will
let you know that both types of accounts store e-mail, contacts, calendar, tasks, journal, .etc in a file with a .PST extension. If you end up defining a new Outlook profile, all you have to do is open the old PST file via File Open Outlook data file. "Alan Pilkington" wrote in message ...
