Default I don't use outlook mail, allow me not to look at it

How is this a suggestion? If you don't want to use Outlook, no one is going to force you to do so.

I like some features of outlook, like contacts, I hate the email, there is a
check box to remove mail from the buttons and this hides mail. so problem
solved
