Not really. The only COM-add in is a BCC all email to a specific account.
Using Symantec Anti-virus and the email scanning is disabled. If I change
the setting to not use Word as my email editor it fixes the problem
temporarily. It must be something with using HTML or word that is causing
the problem.

Any add-ins that might be causing this? What antivirus application are you
using and does it have email scanning enabled?

Every time I create a new email message or reply to an exisiting messge,
the
pop-up stating that a program is trying to access my email address occurs.
How do you turn this off or get rid of it? It shouldn't appear every time
you create a new message.

Possibly an add-in in Word? Word alone won't do it.
