Default Outlook 2010 Beta Jammed

I installed 2010 yesterday. It worked for a few hours, then stopped
sending/receiving email. When I tried to restart it stops at the flash
screen. I was able to restart using the right click option to run as
administrator once. Since then nothing. I have done a repair in Control
Panel as well.
Everytime I try to get support for this I am asked for credit card. Why
should I pay to get support on a Beta product?
Can anyone help me get 2010 going again. Word 2010 and other parts of Suite
work fine by the way. It's just Outlook 2010 Beta that is jammed.

Does it work in SAfe mode? Verify Outlook.exe is not running in Task
Manager, Processes tab then hold Ctrl as you double click on the Outlook
icon and you'll go into Safe mode.
