How to use MS Access .jpg attachment in MS Word Mail merge

Hi there,
1st question:
I have jpg file as an attachment in a field of access table. I want to
display that picture in MS Word file Using access data with MS Word mail
merege. How can i do that? I can display that picture with attachment control
on the Access report but i dont know how to display it in Ms Word file.
Remember i know how to use Access text and numeric data with Word Mail merge.
2nd Question:
How and where to write IIF statement in a query for the below mentioned
situation.
(Column "Pass" has data either "Yes" or "No". If data is "Yes" then query
should bring "pass picture" from a different table "Profile". On the other
hand, If the "Pass" column has "No" data then query should bring "fail
picture from table "Profile".) I can add Primary or Foreign key relationship
between tables if you wish.
