Publishing a webpage w/2003 Publisher

Does anyone have instructions on how to publish a webpage
using Publisher 2003?

I have: a Domain Name, Host, all my files are loaded in
Public HTML (FTP).. Once the files are all loaded, Hoe do
you publish them so that they can be viewed online ?
