Default Problems with columns, macros and auto filter

I have a spreadheet in which I would like to insert a
column. Since the auto filter is activated and there is
macros using the autofilter command, I have to de-activate
the autofilter and then insert the collumn.

The problems is this:
After I have inserted the column and want to activate the
auto filter once again, it does not want to locate to the
original position (row) and thus negatively affects the
macros.

Can anyone supply a solution?

Regards

Hi
you may post the relevant part of your current/existing
macro. It should be no problem to store the current
position and re-activate this again
