Default Mailmerge Error!

I use mail merge to create a document.
But there is a problem puzzling me.
I use a excel file as the datasource.
In the excel file, the data such as "32.7"
which is set as text is showed as 32.69999999999
in the mailmerge document.
I don't know how this happens.
Can anyone give a me help?
Thanks in advance.

See the answer given to the post immediately preceding yours "Formatting
Word fields with switches" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at:

http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm

It would have saved you the wait.
