Default Word mail merge should suppress blanks left by blank fields.

Word 2003 mail merge leaves a blank if an instance for a field does not
contain a value. this leaves awkward blank spaces in the merged documents
that appear to be typos. word should suppress these blanks. i know
wordperfect did so automatically (back when i was a wordperfect user).
