Default How do I contact MS for Pub 2003 help if it was pre-installed

With all due respect, that is stupid. They don't know the product, they're not the original 'manufacturer', and you guys are stupid to let someone with no vested interest in your product provide support for it. That's a great way to foster dissatisfaction, oops too late. Talk about passing the buck.

Yup. Not sure if they will charge ya, but yup. That is what is called OEM
and OEM support.

That was obviuosly an example, but thanks for answering the wrong question. Now how about answering my previous questions about kerning?

Wouldn't matter. OEM software is OEM software and is supported by OEMs. MS
isn't the only one my friend. Had you bought Publisher RETAIL you would get
the same service and support as you would Adobe Pagemaker.

I ordered an HP desktop and paid extra to have Publisher installed. I just can't believe that you provide no facility for email support in this situation. Stop and think about that for a second. How is someone supposed to get support in this situtation?
