Graphing
I have two variables in a graph I'm constructing. One is
dollars and another is percent. I have a stacked bar for the dollars, but want a line graph for the percent. When I change the graph to "Line Column on 2 axes", the stacked bar changes from a stacked to a side-by-side graph. Is there a way I can keep the line for percentages AND keep a stacked bar for the dollars? Thanks |

Graphing
Jeff -
Make your chart using a stacked column for all of the series. Right click on the percent series, choose Chart Type from the pop up menu, and select the line chart style you want. If you need this series on the secondary axis, double click on it, and choose Secondary on the Axis tab. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP http://www.geocities.com/jonpeltier/Excel/index.html _______ Jeff wrote: I have two variables in a graph I'm constructing. Jon,
since the first series of numbers or dollars and the second series are percentages, I can't see the values for the percentages in the stacked graph. Therefore I can't use your instructions.
