"AND" searches instead of "OR"

How can I get Outlook 2003 (and BCM) to perform "AND" searches? For instance if I want to find contacts who are flagged as Category A AND Category B. If you do an advanced find and choose both categories, it finds everyone who is A OR B but I want only the people who are both. Going to the "Advanced" tab lets you get specific on search criteria but does not let you insert the "AND" to control how multiple criteria get applied. This seems so simple and so necessary!

You'll laugh: Just type in A AND B in the Categories box on the More Choices
tab in Advanced Find.

Can you break this down for me please? I am trying to do the same thing but
I'm not sure where you're putting A and B. I want to search for a contact
with ONLY this category combination: "New York" and "Admin" and "Excel" ... I
run a staffing company and I've categorized candidates with specific
categories based upon their skills/location/title and I'm trying to pull only
those candidates with the categories entered. I keep getting everyone from
New York in my searches whether they are Admin and Excel or not.
